Cosmetic maker L’Oreal identified an number of applications in their enterprise targeted for scale concerns or cost reduction measures.
Cloud was a desired destination for the applications but Internal IT services would not be delivering primary support.
Smartronix has proposed the FAST90 approach with the customer.
- Collectively educate the stakeholders, assess the broader environment and develop a roadmap to cloud
- Build the foundational cloud components in AWS to all organizational migration to AWS, not project specific.
- Deliver Managed Services to remove the organizational burden from the customer.
Once fully implemented by early Spring, these business critical systems and applications will be delivered in an as needed basis allowing the customer to drive significant cost out of their infrastructure.
L’Oreal will have the foundational components in place to migrate an increasing amount of their infrastructure to AWS and will have the plan and blue print in place to do so. Smartronix Managed Services will perform standard functions including patching, monitoring, ticketing support, custom SLA support and security vulnerability testing as required by L'Oreal.
